- Stairs rise from the conservatory up to the first floor accommodation, with a large, light-filled living room/kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, electric oven and fridge with ice-box, and a glass dining table is situated by French doors with a juliet balcony so guests can enjoy the views of the garden, village and sea beyond. There is a comfortable sofa and armchair, TV and Radio/CD player. The double bedroom, which also has 2 windows, has ample storage, and the new en-suite has an extra large shower cubicle, wc, basin and heated towel rail.

- Lovely location with private sunny conservatory and patio. Guests are able to enjoy the 3 acres of gardens at Mevagissey House, with the harbour and restaurants approx 10 mins walk away (downhill). There is plenty of on-site parking. Free wi-fi. Central heating, electricity and bedlinen is included.

- Sorry - no children, no smoking, no pets. Changeover day - Friday. Access information - garden path to patio and conservatory, and internal stairs to apartment. (stairs are narrower than modern stairs, and have a handrail.)

Hi Helen We just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful stay at Sea Thrift. It was fantastic to finally get a holiday this year, and we felt relaxed and safe – many thanks!

Another fantastic stay at Sea Thrift – slightly different of course this year, but we knew from our previous stays that the apartment would be sparkling clean and all the extra info we got in advance from Helen helped us to plan a bit more before we arrived. We would normally eat out most nights but as we were able to buy fresh fish and seafood from the quayside so we enjoyed incredible food at home instead!

Really enjoyed our stay as always. We both feel very relaxed here in this lovely cottage. Will miss the views everyday.

Wow, what can I say. An absolute treasure of a place. Everything we needed was here, even a torch for the walk home in the dark. Lovely and clean with views to die for. We slept like logs, ate like lords and drank like fish !!!
