Harbour View, 10 Nare Court is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with private parking and balcony occupying an exceptional clifftop location; it has stunning panoramic sea and coastal views stretching from the outer harbour of Mevagissey across Mevagissey Bay towards Fowey and Looe, and round to Chapel Point. Nare Court sits right on the cliff-edge, with no roads or buildings between you and the sea. Whether you are a sunbather or a storm-watcher, the location is hard to beat.
- The sitting/dining room has fantastic views of Mevagissey Bay, with french doors that open onto the balcony with table and seating, perfect for enjoying a meal or drinks while watching the fishing boats coming and going from Mevagissey Harbour. There are 2 sofas, smart TV, and the dining table seats 4 comfortably. The well-appointed kitchen has an electric hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave, and the master bedroom, with king size bed, TV, and built in wardrobes, also benefits from amazing views over the sea and coastline. The second bedroom has two 3ft single beds, and a luxury en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, wc, heated towel rail and basin. The large family bathroom is beautifully fitted with a bath with shower over, wc, heated towel rail and basin.
- Stunning panoramic sea and coastal views from Mevagissey Harbour to Chapel Point. Heating (electric radiators) and electricity is included, sorry no pets or smoking. Free Wi-Fi. Outside there is a private covered parking space, and access to a cliff top viewing point (this viewing point is not suitable for unaccompanied young children).
- The village centre and harbour is approx. 5 minutes walk downhill from the property. 10% discount when occupied by 2 people apart from period between 23rd July to 2nd September. Not suitable for children under the age of 5. Access information - level access from car park to building; 1 step into the building and level access from hallway into the apartment.

We have stayed in several apartments at Nare Court but our favourite is number 10 – we have stayed every year for about 15 years! Inevitably this year was slightly different but as always Helen kept us updated, even letting us know in advance when new traffic controls, relating to Covid, came in. We received a lot more information in advance this year, so we could plan ahead, and the apartment was spotless, as normal, and we felt relaxed and safe. Roll on our 2021 stay! What a wonderful location! We love Mevagissey and would definitely return again and again. To wake up each morning to such an amazing view is a joy. Thank you. First visit.
