Set in the grounds of Mevagissey House, the Coach House is a cosy detached character cottage, situated above the village and harbour, 5 mins walk from the coast path. The cottage has a large garden and views over the village and the valley running up to Heligan. Mevagissey harbour is a 10 minute downhill walk.

- The Coach House has a comfortable south facing sitting room with sofa and armchairs, TV and DVD player, dining table for 4 and open fireplace, with an open plan kitchen equipped with electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and storage, while the second bedroom has 3ft wide bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, basin, wc, heated towel rail and shaver point, and there is a separate additional shower room with a large quadrant shower enclosure.

- Beautiful location with your own large secluded garden, patio area with garden furniture and rotary washing line, plus on-site parking just yards from the cottage. Electric heating, electricity and bed linen included. 1 or 2 well behaved dogs welcome - £20/wk each.

- Sleeps 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults. No smoking. 10% discount when occupied by 2 people apart from period between 22nd July to 1st September. Access information - gently sloping pathway with 4 steps at intervals, then 4 steps into porch. The accommodation is all on the first floor of the building.

One of our best family holidays, beautiful setting, perfectly close to the very pretty village of Mevagissey. We stayed in the Coach house. The accommodation was extremely well thought out, everything you could need, comfortable and cosy. We didn’t want to come home!!! Our favourite part of renting this cottage was the freedom to enjoy the gorgeous garden, so peaceful and refreshing.

My husband and I were a little nervous about going on holiday this year, but we felt very re-assured by the information we received from Helen prior to our stay, and the cottage was spotlessly clean, which meant we could relax and enjoy our stay. We kept away from the tourist hotspots and instead walked the coast path, or sat and read in the gardens around the Coach House. Thank you!
